The 2025 holiday season has been one of our busiest — and most magical — yet. Homeowners across Orange County trusted us with their holiday lighting, and we had the joy of bringing custom designs to communities including Coto de Caza, Laguna Beach, Irvine, Rancho Santa Margarita, and Yorba Linda.
Every year, we look forward to spreading holiday cheer, but this season felt especially meaningful. Trends shifted, families explored new color styles, and our crew delivered some of our most beautiful displays yet.

Record Install Volume & Returning Clients
We were grateful to welcome hundreds of returning families — and meet many new ones — who chose Elf Pros Lighting for their Christmas light installation services. Seeing familiar faces year after year is one of the highlights of our season.
Custom Designs That Sparked Joy
Warm-white rooflines, candy-cane layouts, pathway lighting, and dramatic tree wraps were some of the most requested styles. Each home received a tailored design that matched its architecture, landscape, and the homeowner’s vision.

Our crew worked sunrise to sunset ensuring each install was safe, clean, and beautifully executed. Even when the December weather shifted, forecasting tools like the National Weather Service helped us plan, adjust schedules, and keep projects on track.

Holiday Lighting Trends We Saw in 2025
Warm White Elegance
Still the most popular look — timeless, clean, and incredibly energy-efficient thanks to modern LED options. Many homeowners appreciated learning more about efficiency and quality from the U.S. Department of Energy’s LED guidance.
Multicolor Nostalgia
Retro multicolor C9 bulbs made a big comeback, bringing cheerful, classic charm to neighborhoods throughout Orange County.
Tree Wraps & Landscape Accents
Tree wraps surged in popularity this year, adding depth, warmth, and architectural beauty to yards, pathways, and outdoor living spaces.
Growing Interest in Permanent Lighting
Although Elf Pros Lighting does not currently offer permanent lighting, we received a significant number of requests for it. Because of that demand, we are actively exploring the possibility of launching permanent lighting options in 2026.
